Competition for the right to enter into a contract for the lease of state property

1. The main conditions of the competition: the use of the object - for storage purposes, the term of the contract: up to 3 years with extension; rental property insurance for the benefit of the lessor; prohibition of sublease, privatization and transfer of ownership of leased property to third parties; agreement with the lessor on making changes to the composition of the leased property; reimbursement of the costs of the lessor for the maintenance of the leased property and the provision of communal services to the lessee (including the payment for the land); repair of leased property at own expense; compliance with operational requirements and creation of safe working conditions. The services of the evaluator-reviewer of the Evaluation Report, costs related to publication in the local press are paid by the winner of the competition; the winner of the competition is obliged to conclude a lease agreement within two weeks from the moment of notification of his recognition as the winner of the competition.

The main criterion for determining the winner of the competition is the maximum amount of the rent, subject to mandatory compliance with the conditions of the competition.

The contestant submits the following documents:

Legal entity: application for participation in the competition, draft lease agreement (proposal), submitted in an envelope with the inscription "To the competition", sealed with the seal of the participant of the competition; certificate of authority of the representative of the legal entity; notarized copies of the founding documents; information about the financial condition of the participant of the competition with taking into account receivables and payables, a certificate from the participant about the absence of bankruptcy proceedings.

Individual: application for participation in the competition; the draft lease agreement (proposal) is submitted in an envelope with the inscription "For the competition", sealed with the seal of the participant of the competition; a copy of the document certifying the identity of the participant of the competition; a certificate of registration of a natural person as a subject of entrepreneurial activity; a declaration of income for the current period.
