Involvement of professionals - scientists in classroom classes

In order to introduce into the educational process of training applicants of the third (educational-scientific, level of higher education) specialty 204 Technology of production and processing of animal husbandry products, the practice of involving professionals - practitioners and scientists in classroom classes, on October 18, 2021, a meeting of first-year graduate students took place with Professor Svitlana Voytenko, employee of the Institute of Animal Breeding and Genetics named after M.V. Zubtsia of the National Academy of Sciences, who, in the context of the study of the discipline "Modern technologies of production and processing of livestock products", gave a lecture on the topic "Innovative systems of production of dairy and meat livestock products", during which she familiarized those present with methods of keeping dairy and meat cattle and modern equipment for milking cows and processing products. A lively debate ensued regarding the best breeds of cattle for production, as well as the use of imported stock.
