On October 19, 2022, an introductory seminar was held with employees of the Stepnoye State Enterprise. At the seminars, farm practitioners took an active part in the work: Kolomievna Marina Mykhailovna - chief zootechnician, Shilo Tetyana Fedorovna - head of the STF, Omelyanchuk Lyudmila Dmitrovna - foreman of the STF, Bylyk Lyudmila Grigoryevna - zootechnician-breeder.

Current problems in the pig industry were published, clearly:

- "Together with annual and morning holidays -holidays for them sperm production" and "Artificial insemination of sows with small sperm doses" (speaker: senior research fellow of the physiology laboratory, candidate of agricultural sciences Sciences, Oleksandr Andriyovych Bindyug).
