A scientific and practical roundtable was held with the participation of the Institute of Pig Breeding and APV of the NAAS, the Institute of Food Resources of the NAAS and the State Enterprise “Dekabristov Farm” to outline ways to preserve the Myrhorod breed of pigs and the formation of a niche product based on unique meat and fat products from animals of this breed. The experimental base of the ISV and APV of the NAAS was visited.
